A: All our devices come with a 1-year official agent warranty against manufacturing defects. As for early exchange (in case a defect appears shortly after purchase), it follows the official agents’ guidelines:
First: Apple Devices
– Timeframe: Please contact us or the authorized agent within 24 hours of purchase.
– Procedure: The device will be inspected and exchanged only if the agent’s technical report confirms a manufacturing defect.
– Important: After 24 hours, the case will be handled under Apple’s official maintenance and repair process.
Note: The 24-hour timeframe for Apple devices relates to the agent’s warranty procedures and is different from the “order error” timeframe stated in the Return & Exchange Policy.
Second: Other Brands (Samsung, Xiaomi, Honor, Huawei, etc.)
– Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to visit the agent for inspection.
– Condition: Exchange is approved if the technical report confirms a manufacturing defect, provided the device is in its original condition (scratch-free) with all accessories.
– After 7 Days: The device falls under warranty service (repair) and is not eligible for immediate exchange.
Q: How does the warranty work for Smart Home Devices & Accessories?
A: For Smart Home products (e.g., Robot Vacuums) and Accessories (e.g., Chargers, Cables), the mechanism is generally as follows:
– No immediate exchange is available for this category.
– The product is first sent to an authorized service center for inspection.
– Based on the technical report, a decision is made to repair or exchange if an irreparable manufacturing defect is found.
– The final decision rests with the manufacturer’s and agent’s policy.
Q: Do you sell Refurbished or Used devices?
A: Our primary focus is on New devices. If Pre-owned devices are available, they are listed in a specific, clearly marked section with explicit details on their condition, so the customer knows exactly what they are buying.
